Many so called IVR systems are really just call handlers that can play back a message to a caller and record their responses - but they are not very intelligent and don't make any decisions. Our IVR platform is a the heart of our applications and is truly interactive, making decisions based on the caller's demands and integrating with our mobile, web and DVD systems. Internally designed, developed and maintained, it is incredibly flexible and able to facilitate the most complex solutions

Premium Billing

By utilising 09 premium rate numbers we can turn our IVR into a powerful billing Platform.

We are able to bill between 10p and £1.50 per minute and this is ideally suited to take payments up to £20. We offer pay for product, pay for chat, technical support, pay for access to a web page or portal and flexible pay for PIN applications that lend themselves to a host of billing applications. We also offer premium SMS billing and can offer integrated credit card payment via the phone!
